Alright! Been a little while, but now's the time to release something I've been holding on for a little while now. As some of you may know, Nov. 1st is the one year anniversary of Satellite Soda, that damn snazzy group of artists I joined a couple of months back. This piece was created for promotional purporses mainly, and also as an excuse for me to play with light/dark contrast a little bit.

Anyway, yeah, Satellite Soda is a go for one year now, and we've got jams running, and something bigger is certainly coming down the road, so head right on over to the forums and go nuts! Provided if you are serious about your art. Serious.

Software: Photoshop CS for the background and Painter 9 for the characters.

Here's a high resolution image for those who are into those things!
Oh, and I hid all the member's names on the wall too, just a little fun notice...

Did you add the shadow bars of the spotlight through a transparent layer in Photoshop or was that done completely in painter?

That was Photoshop as well. I used a multiply layer.
